HIPAA: Privacy and Security for HITECH, California State Laws and Identity Theft
Did you know that practices are required by law to have a training and compliance program in place to address the privacy and security of medical records, to safeguard patient financial information, to guard against identity theft and the theft of medical services? The laws in this arena have dramatically evolved since the early 2000’s. PMG provides the tools, templates and training to help your practice establish a compliance program.
