Physicians Medical Group provides complimentary email accounts to affiliated physicians and office staff. These accounts are accessible through any internet enabled device.

HIPAA compliant
PMG email complies with HIPAA regulations which require that patient information be encrypted when it is transmitted electronically. Physicians and staff can use their PMG email accounts to securely communicate with other PMG affiliated providers via their PMG email accounts.

Address Books
PMG email comes equipped with a community-wide address book which includes individuals and groups. That means you do not have to manage and maintain a list of users and their addresses. You can also maintain a personal contact list of non-PMG users to create your own distribution lists of people inside and outside the system.

Calendars
With a PMG email account you can access Personal and Group Calendars, enjoy the convenience of spell check and a spam filter.

Access to Information
Your email login ID and password also grants access to the PMG Portal which contains committee information, meeting schedules, announcements, P4P, free code lookup tools etc.
